ITT-Tech
I am pleased with the training program the institution implemented. Their is an interactive process in which signatures are required of the staff members. To secure the signature you have to ask questions about their departmart and job responsibilities. It was easier for me to transition into the DOR position, because I worked as an adjunct instructor.
Omar,
Having the experience as an instructor, brings another dimension to the enrollment process. You can speak to the classroom experience from the instructor point of view.
Patty Aronoff
As a former instructor you can inspire prospectives with much greater program detail. I see it as a huge asset.
Sid,
If we look around our community, we see that there are many opportunities for our students to go into the work world and serve the community at large.

I also find the programs at ITT quite interesting and great. The seven schools of study at the ITT Technical Institutes [i.e., the School of Information Technology, the School of Drafting and Design, the School of Electronics Technology, the School of Business, the School of Criminal Justice, the School of Health Sciences and the Breckinridge School of Nursing] teach skills and knowledge that can be used to pursue employment opportunities in today's world.
Kimberly ,
You are developing long term relationships and it is very beneficial to keep these long beyond the initial orientation period.
Patty Aronoff
I'll have to agree. Part of my orientation process was obtaining signatures of various staff members. Not only did this make me more proactive in meeting others, it provided an opportunity to ask specific questions for use later.
Donna,
Having that instructor background gives you a definite heads up over others in product knowledge.
