I totally agree with you ,but what if your target market is very diverse? And is it OK to advertised in different languages to capture this diverse market?

It will vary from school to school and region to region. Each career field and demographic area has its own mitigating factors. This is why it is so important to do the search to capture your target market. Advertising is so expensive and you want to have the best return on your investment.
