This course needs to be updated
There should be much more information on how managers need to oversee admission reps. Way too much dependency on admission rep to learn policies and procedures on their own.

It is a requirement of everyone at the school. The School is bound by the rules and regulations that govern its operations. This means everyone needs to know them.

I feel that it is everyone's responsibility to learn the policies and procedures. Particularly at a "career school" where negative press and misleading informatiion has been present.
Managers certainly have the need to assist, lead, and coach the staff, but they would likely benefit from a seperate training, should one not already be available.
