It's very important to be up to date with current information regarding programs and job market.

Product knowledge training is essential as you state. We must be able to speak to all aspects of the programs that our school offers.

I am in agreement, if we don't know our programs how can we speak knowledgably to prospects about them. We have to say the right and complaint things at all times. Product knowledge training is therefore essential.

We all have to scct the responsibility of keeping ourselves current. There is no excuse for not knowing in the age of information today.

Each admissions rep should take on the responsibility of being updated on the current curriculum being offered. Contact your Director of Admissions to help set up a time for product training in a class or receiving updated material or certifications for that class.

It changes all the time. We need to be on top of our game and have the most current information available. Also provide valid resources for your students to do research on their own.
