It gives us the guidelines to follow to make sure we are in compliance. As long as we follow the guidelines and we are meeting the standards it allows us to keep our licensing in the state of Florida.

Compliance is key. Licensing is an important part of the compliance.
Compliance is very important. You have to know and understand the rules in your state. We also have to understand rules that govern financial aid, and trnasfer of credit among other things.
