If, after completing this unit, you find errors in compliance with your institution--What do you do?
Depends on what kind of errors we're having. The best way to correct such compliance issues would be to further examine the root of the problem, and facilitate the best way to handle a solution.

It is important to let your supervisor know of any incompliance so that it can be corrected and the person properly trained.
if i see any compliance that is not in order i will let the director no my complaint
I am going to gather documents from our specific institution on compliance for my resource notebook. It is one thing that we talk about on a daily basis, it is another to have something in writing, organized, and in a notebook that I can reference when needed.
