Marketing

Admissions Directors, marketing Managers, or school owners can develop marketing for an institution.

Marcus,
Is it turned down by your administration or by CIE?

Arturo,
Standard II of CIE rules is your guidance.

I thinke with the neccesary knowlege is ok

It doesn't feel that way for us. Anything that we propose to use for marketing gets turned down as not being 'compliant'.

Marilyn,
Check out Fair Consumer Practices and Standard 11.

Dales,
CIE rules for advertisement can be found in Standard 11.

yes as long as CIE do the advistisement

yes, you can do your own marketing but always follow rules and regulation

Elaina,
Agreed! Regulations protect all.

Of course they are, thats why I said it can't be posted in ad's. Can you imagine how many people would join a school based off of some crazy amount of money they think they could make right off the bat. I'm glad schools are regulated.

Elaina,
Those are direct violations of CIE rules.

Julio,
Marketing comes in all different formats and still must remain within CIE rules.

Daisy,
CIE provides the rules on advertising.

True, a school can't just put anything on an ad, especially misleading information like "enroll today and make 100k immediately!

Yes, as long as it follows Fair Consumer Practices, an institution can decide on any marketing strategy.
