On-going training and learning is key to any employee's success. School environment and rules/regulations are constantly changing, so to keep up to date should be mandatory. Your institution will only be as successful as the employees who help run it on a daily basis! By working together as departments, you truly can pull a strong, successful team together.
I think inviting graduates to speak on their experience is a wonderful idea. They are a first-hand occasion for future students to hear about the programs & what they can expect to face with their time at the school.

We offer one day to whole week seminars.We also invite graduates to attend field trips to shows and expo"s.
