Transfering of Credits
Can another institution not accept another schools credits just because they are the competor. Is this regulated by the state in anyway?

The acceptance of transfer credits is always up to the discretion of the receiving institution. Each school has their own standard which is why we notify students that credits received at ITT are unlikely to transfer to another institution other than another ITT/ESI location.
Danny,
Transfer credits should be evaluated with an official transcript and the institution's catalog.
