Tranferring Credits
Can a graduated student transfer credits to another Institution/School even if we are not accredited yet?

I would add to this to encourage the student to go to the receiving institution to get the information from them.

You are correct! It is up to the receiving institution to determine acceptance of credits.

At my institution typically credits will not transfer to another university/college even though we are accredited. When prospective students tell us they only want to attend our institution to take classes for the sole purpose of transfering to another institution we tell them that our institution is probably not the best fit for them.
In a scenario with those circumstances the receiving institution is the one to decide whether if to accept them or not.

Transfer credits are determined by the receiving institution. Have the graduate check out the other school for details.
