Our goal is to make sure we understand and know about the programs and the licensing, as well as make we are fair and truthful.

Unfortunately we are not allowed to use the term counselor. It is forbidden by rule. We are tasked with providing the information to the prospective student.

I agree. Many times people get caught up in getting numbers. It is always important to be sure that you are helping your prospective student make the best decision for them. Bringing them into a situation were they cannot be successful will not help them, you or your institution in the long run.

Jackie, that is right on point. We must pursue every prospect. This is because you never know what prospcts are looking from in a program. You also cant assume that you know there story.

I agree that compliance is key. It helps create consistency among all admissions staff. Not only in an specific institution but amongst all institutions.
