Admission Training
The Benefit I've found in admissions training is that it keeps up informed of new guidelines and prepares us to do a better job
Carolina,
We must know the rules in order to operate compliantly.
Patty Aronoff
It is important to know the rules that we have to apply in our job and gave accurate information to students.
Madeline,
Yes, it does! Success of your company is dependent upon the staff and culture.
Patty Aronoff
Yadira,
New students need to have so much information and sometimes it can be overwhelming. We are their guide.
Patty Aronoff
It is positive benefit better for the employee, and makes your company successful.
Is great benefit to learn procedures, rules and manny admissions process for give you good services, information at the new students before enrolled.
Tanveer,
Our future is established on the students we enroll. They should be ready and prepared. We need to be supportive to assist them in their dreams.
Patty Aronoff
The Admissions process and training is essential not for the success for the admissions representative but also for the future of the school. Withouth properly trainined admission representatives, there is no satisfaction that the student body is learning the true picture of their career.
Karen,
We can never assume we know it all or have learned it all. New situations, new questions arise every day.
Patty Aronoff
I agree, I learn and relearn every day. If training were not often, I might make mistakes. Training on compliance reminds me of how complete and careful we must be. We must know how to say things so that prospective students do not misunderstand. We know what we mean, but do we say things so that prospective students understand what we mean.
Ron,
Agreed! We can never assume we know it all or have nothing new to learn.
Patty Aronoff
Ana,
We should always have the expectation of being the best we can be.
Patty Aronoff
To piggyback on Ana's statement, I believe the training not only assists us in keeping informed but improves our knowledge of compliance while dealing with the perspective student. Working with integrity is imperative to not only be successful, but to insure our reputation as a school will continue to be strong within the community.
It takes continued training and experience to understand the job of an admissions represenative
