Admissions Training

Admissions training both initial and ongoing are critical. I train my staff once per week in a group setting and individually as needed. This is the only way to ensure the staff has 100% up to date and accurate information. How frequently do you train?

Renee,

Training is a necessity and a common occurrence in all of our daily lives. We must be on top of our game in the product knowledge area as well as being very knowledgeable in the compliance area.

Patty Aronoff

Yes always training for up to date material. We also have to keep within compliance guidelance

Karina,

It is important that we keep solid communications flowing. The number of meetings is important in the fact that we provide current information.

Patty Aronoff

I believe a weekly meeting is very important, and quarterly one on one's with each Rep.

Maria,

It brings us all together as a team, working for the same goal. Customer service is number one in the experience.

Patty Aronoff

Maria,
Excellent! We should always be striving to be the best we can be.

Patty Aronoff

Lauren,

In our sector, things change rapidly so we need to be on top of our game.

Patty Aronoff

Jessica,

Training brings everyone together. It is not only a learning experience but also a bonding opportunity.

Patty Aronoff

Absolutely true. Monthly trainings are important to create a great ambiance at work and sharing experiences with the team helps to gain more knowledge and that's a good thing to generate a great customer service.

We have monthly training with our team on overcoming objections, customer service and also product knowledge, always very helpful!

That is great! I think monthly training's are important because so much can change on a weekly basis. The whole staff needs to make sure they are on the same page.

I strive for monthly training sessions with our team. We share experiences, generate ideas and work to assure communication is met between staff and applicants

Nicholas,

Training is an ongoing affair. Each week we hold training meetings whether we are team building, learning product knowledge or compliance. We keep our admissions representatives well-informed. We also hold daily standup twice a day.
