Students Legal Right

Do Students have the right to have lawsuits against Institutions for any reason?

Anessa,
You are correct. The regulations protect all of us involved. By following these rules and regulations, we protect everyone.

Patty Aronoff

Rules and regulations are in place to protect both the student and school, just in case one may decide he or she has been handled unfairly and want to go to court.

If the school has maintained and followed compliance it should never be a concern.

NANOUH,

You must have a reason to sue. That's why it's very important that we follow the rules and regulations and make sure that the enrollment agreement and catalog protect both the student and the school.
