Our catalog is always available to prospective students online and we refer them to it when questions arise. Do we need to include a link to it as a follow up to the initial interview?

The schools catalog must be approved by the CIE. Normally a new catalog is submitted at the time of renewal however, this should be reviewed for the program specialist.

I think new institution can also allow staff and faculty members an opportunity to discuss the need to add or revise current policies.

There are many ways to contact students today. During the interview it's a good practice to ask them what is the best way to contact you.

You could never provide to many resources to the catalog. It's a very good practice to provide them as many opportunities to review as possible.
