When enrolling an applicant less than 18 years of age, The applicant's parents or guardian will need to co-sign the enrollment agreement. Even if the student will reach the required age of 18 upon anticipated graduation, parents or guardian are required to co-sign the enrollment agreement.

We, of course, require a parent or guardian signature for those under 18. I understand we should have conversations with the parent present for those students. We, however, we cannot speak with parents for those over 18, without the students permission. How do we handle students who come in under 18 and reach that 18th birthday during enrollment?

Absolutely! I would recommend not having any discussions with the student under the age of 18 without the parent.
