Resource Book
I really like the Resource Book idea. Its very similar to customer service positions. Its all inclusive and is a quick guide whenever you have questions about a specific issue within your organization.
From this first section, I have learned a lot, especially to apply to my specific position.

I use my resource book on a daily basis. It's a very convenient way to store all product and service knowledge without having to remember it all. In short, the resource book is a life saver!
I as well really like the Resource Book idea. I have always been a stickler on organization and I cannot wait to actually set up my resource book and label all the sections. I plan on putting all the materials they touched on that should be in there as well as the quizzes from this class in order to reference back to information if needed. I already have a couple of different reference style books for this position here at our campus and they are the most helpful binders ever! I am glad that they not only encourage organization but they insist and help with everyone in being organized.
If I would suggest anything it would be this:
Print all your quizzes out and any of the lessons in the modules and highlight the important parts of each and put dividers between each lesson so it is even easier to reference what you had learned.
I personally have a resource book here on my campus and really like it. It is a very easy way to have any of my colleagues help me out when I need them to. All they need to do is grab my resource book and they have a quick guide to all the information they need, like for example, doing an enrollment for a student if someone we are busy doing with admission information for another student. I add and update information in my resource book almost daily.
I think this book is a great way to stay organized and have the important information right at your fingertips.
I love my resource book. I access it constantly. I have added brightly colored and labeled tabs for each of our course/program offerings and insert any current promos or changes in the front of each section so that it is all handy when I need it! It is important to always keep the notebook updated so that we are always giving potential students the most up to date and accurate information.
I agree. This is a fantastic idea that I am definitely planning on doing throughout the cuorse. The more resource materials we have at hand, the better. Check yourself and check it twice!
I printed out all of the suggested forms so compiling my notebook would be a little simpler once the course was complete. That was a great tip and I would recommend to all following those tips! Thanks!

Yes, I agree The Resource book is an excellent tool to keep apart as ones desk reference.The guide can be helpful for quick findings and updates on any specific questions or concerns within ones Institution.
