What does your school provide to make sure that all agents are up to date on the services that the school offers to students? Do you find it hard to keep the school catalog up to date?
My school has a weekly conference call with our Regional Director of Admissions. Our department has regular meetings with our Campus Director. Our Department Chairs keep us informed of any changes and are willing to meet with us when needed. There are lots of open communication channels in my school, which is good, because we are all there for the best interest of our students. As far as keeping the school catalog up to date, the school issues addendums to the catalog when changes are made. This enables us to insert the new information into our current catalogs while we wait for new catalogs to be published.
