The permit is good for one year
It is required to get your agent permit renewed on an annual basis.

Your agent permit card, issued by the State Board will list your expiration date on it. You won't be issued the card until you have successfully passed your initial test. Does that answer your question?

When anticipating the renewal of the permit, would the agent espect to renew 12 months from the date of their first initial testing? If the testing is missed, will the agent have to retake the initial test?
