Enrollment Agreement
It's so very important to make sure that a student understand about the enrollment process, How could we make it easier to accomplish this with student in a timely manner without making the student feel overwhelmed?
Great point. I think a review at a student prep event could potentially be helpful as well.
I completely agree it needs to be a life changing process for them and they need to understand their education is an investment.
To help them make is seem like this is a life changing event for them.. and putting them on the right track of getting thier life on the raod to success. The reason why they are coming to the school is because they want change, because they want a better life, because they see themselves in a different way. Its our job in the enrollment dept to help them see it, believe it and grab it....
We have the paperwork process divided into two different days. With such a large enrollment agreement and so many other papers in just the admission's file, once you add in financial aid the student is very overwhelmed!
Well because there is much paperwork, you just need to find a process that works for you. That goes smoothly and also ask the student if they have a question because sometimes they are afraid to ask. A question is never a stupid question. I have a certain process I follow and at the end I also write down what the student still needs to do in regards to enrollment if paperwork is being sent home. Hope that helps.
