Application Fee/Student fee Question
Perhaps, I may have misunderstood, but, there is a nominal state fee associated with each student, correct?
If that is so, is it included in the separate application fee that an institution mandates? Does this perhaps depend on the institution's discretion?

Schools may access a $5.00 fee/per student in addition to their application fee. This is a fee that the Board has the right to collect from the schools. However, the Board does not currently collect this fee.
