Get Your Students Hired
These charts are very important as they define who's who within the orgniation and their role within the organization.
As a new employee, I was very grateful to receive an organizational chart on my first day. It gave me a great overview of the company and additional insight as I was introduced to members of the faculty and staff.
The organization chart has been an incredible timesaver for me. It is like "one-stop" shopping! As a new rep, I have more time (due to training) to pop into an office or classroom however, sometimes I am uncomfortable interrupting the staff and/or students. The chart allows me to search an email contact and in a short period of time, I have a CORRECT answer.

Most larger schools would have an organizational chart listing employees and supervisors. You might want to check with your admissions director or school director.
