After completing section 3, it confirms that word of mouth in this area is one of the most powerful tools of advertising that I see. Youngstown area works fast by word of mouth. People tend to feel like they was told about a great deal or given a great opportunity, if a friend or family member brought up the idea about going to National College to receive a great career training.
Good word of mouth comments about the school is one of the best ways to get new students, but it also helps build the reputation of the school, so it has many long term benefits.
In this day and age of social media, Word of Mouth is more important than ever. A bad experience with a potential student could be posted on Facebook to some 1000 pages before you know it. By the same token, a great review from a prospective student could bring in uncountable business. Always treat every customer/client/student as though you were on nationwide tv while interacting with them.
The power of a positive word of mouth recommendation cannot be overstated, neither can the power of a negative comment.
One must always remember, people are more likely to share a negative attitude or experience regarding a business/school than a positive one. A positive recommendation however will go far in swaying an uninformed opinion.

Telling a person who is interested in furthering thier education in a positive and accurate way will in my eyes give that potential student the proper expectations and increase the potential of enrollment therefor, halping the student and facility succeed.
Word of mouth is so impactful! I love what it does in a positive way but it always important to know how much it can effect things if contracted in a negative way.
