Yes, many people who are new to the industry may not have been aware all of the rules and regulations that are in place for schools. This training is very beneficial for ALL employees so it can refresh information that agents may have forgotten over time and it provides new information to those who are not familiar with colleges and universities. It is very important that all employees adhere to the policies and procedures as it can affect a school's accredition or reputation to the general public.
This training is definitely a great tool for anyone working in admissions. It provides you with helpful tips and information to help you serve your students while remaining in compliance. Coupled with the training I'm receiving at my school, I feel much more confident and prepared to do my job.
I am re-entering the work force after 18 years. I am excited for the opportunity to learn and to help students as they seek to further their education. There are many exciting opportunities available for students.
This type of training is very helpful in the sense that it gives you an overview of what to expect and what others have taken away from the program which has allowed me to get an edge on what to expect as I enter into the Admissions Field.
