Feeling more comfortable after training

I feel more comfortable and have a better understanding after reading the material.

I am very grateful for all of the training I have received both from my supervisors, this online training module and the the returning presenters.

I think this course was a wealth of knowledge. I now have a better understanding as to the guidelines and regulations. This has been a huge help in preparing me for informing our students while still following all the rules and regulations.

I felt the training was self explanatory. Thanks for all the assistance!

As do I. The activity of creating and organizing my Resource Notebook in particular was a boon for my confidence, not only in a compliance sense but also with regard to product knowledge and the ability to remain conversational when going in-depth.

I feel the same way. After reading the material and taking the quizzes, I'm not as intimidated with the work that comes along with becoming an admissions reps as I was before.

I do too. I am glad there are standards for us to follow. It makes one feel better about the support they have from the OACCS behind them

I just completed my training and have to admit my head was spinning a bit. Going over these mods/forums was a good way to recap it and get it straighter in my head.

Absolutley, when i first started my career i was unsure of many different aspects of my position. Hands on training as well help from other employees very much benefited me.

I appreciated this method of learning very much. I took a portion of my MBA classes online. This is a similar format. What was easiest for me is that I was able to quiz myself as I went, at my own pace, to check for understanding.

I agree. Actually it was more helpful than I had anticipated. -I did learn a few things.

I have some experience in the higher learning field. This is a great refresher course for compliance. Learning all aspects of the campus catalog, campus procedures, personnel functions etc will helps the agent become more confident in their role.

The more training I receive the better I feel I will be able to do my job properly.

Same with myself. I feel that the extensive training I endured is a must as it has allowed me to really understand all aspects of recruitment and my school ideals.

I agree. This has been very informative and straight to the point as well as learning some things that i was not aware of.

I have been in admissions for three years, but this was a great refresher and I am thrilled that admission representatives are now being held to the highest standards to give the best service to students.

I took an online course that was extremely similar to this. However I don't know that I actually learned much that I already did not know. Maybe that speaks to the training that I have received at my school, since I have only been in admissions for 3 months, but a lot of the test answers and knowledge seemed very common sense to me. Who knows?

The training helped me to better understand my organization's functions and requirements. The information provided in this training course was very helpful and refreshing. It will help me to hone my skills as an admissions representative.

I agree. This is a great tool as a refresher!

Yes, this was definitely helpful in many areas.
