Yes this on going training has greatly helped me continue my professional edu as a admissions agent & with more confident going forward.
My observation is that much of this training is common sense. Further, it applies ethics and morals which I attempt to make a part of my professional position.
Ongoing education and training is absolutely vital, especially for a school to be aware of the potential risks involved.
AND.... things keep changing. So we need to maintain our knowledge base and present the most accurate and current information.
I agree! The more you know,the more comfortable you are with presenting the information.
I agree that the traing is a great refresher as well as giving us more in depth information and insight about our position as an admission rep.
