Staying Up to Date and compliant
It is essential to stay compliant. Being non-compliant will cause us to misinform our students and will be not be giving correct information to our students and will get us a bad name as well as we will loose our accreditation. And not to mention get you on the other side of the door.
The most important thing is to be honest and not misrepresent. I think that so long as agents strive for that candid (and compassionate) level of honesty and realism, students will benefit.
Word of mouth travels quickly, especially when it's something negative.
Being compliant at all times will ensure success for my school itself and my prospective students. Being non-compliant will only slow the process down for the admissions department at my school and my student- which will result in unsatisfactory customer service. This all leads to slowing the process down for my student starting in their new career path!
Just from speaking to students that have gotten misinformation from other schools, has shown me the importance of giving out correct, updated information! Students really appreciate openness and honesty with their admission representatives, and it can be the difference between signing that student up and how many people they will share their positive interaction with!
