This information was very informative and beneficial because it gave me insite on the do's and don't and what agents are responsible for etc. This is simply a guide of ethics on how to correctly and effectively do our job. I am able to grow and evolve within this area of helping others.
I agree that this additional training will only help me as a new Admissions Representative. I was very fortunate to receive well-rounded training at my school. But having this resource material at my disposal will help greatly!
I would agree with Brandi. This training was very helpful in expliciting detailing the guidelines for agents. It's certainly helpful to know exactly what is and is not expected in our role as an agent.
I think ethics should be a separate training tool of mechanism in the reps training besides just a short brief overview.
Understanding the guidlines to follow and the do's and dont's is crucial. If we do not follow these rules, there will be consequences. I found the information very useful.
Knowing the do's and do not's helps eliminate any chance of failure for agent responsibilities.
