Your Job

It is important to know what your job duties are. Being a part of student service is to be aware of what the college offers and to help the students and potential students. It is imporant as student service coordiators to know as much information about the college that they can.

I agree with this because the students are going to be in contact with you more once they have enrolled as well as once they have graduated.

I agree with you. It is good to know everything you can about your school. You never know when a prospective student will come up with a question you havn't heard before. I always want to come across as being knowledgeable.

I couldn't agree more. But this is also common sense, one should be aware of their job, hence "their job". Knowing what we NEED to know is good, but knowing as much as possible about our institutions and classes and their policies is very important.
