INTEGRITY OF THE SCHOOL
Integrity of the school is very important. A lack of integrity on a school employee's part can cause many problems for the school in the long run. Everyone employed by the school must remain truthful at all times because deception can lead to lawsuits, fines, school closure, and could give the the school a bad reputation.
The school I am employeed with is still rather new to the area in which we are located. Building the relationships with the community is very important for our institution to grow. We MUST always be thinking of the integrity of our school since we have competitors that are well established in our area. We may not have the lowest tuition but how we are informing everyone in our community of our good practices. People are willing to pay more when they are being told the truth and have people around them who truly want them to do well.
This is the most important part of my job. Informing the students with the correct information at all time and if you are unsure of the answer ask or do your research before you tell a student. Guessing is unacceptable and can put the institution at risk.
