Suzette that is a very good and a very true post. I agree with you that honety is the best policy because rapport and integrity is such a critical part of your college or intitutions continued success. By being dishonest or ommiting information you can lose the rapport or respect of a current or potential new student.
Suzette, I totally agree with you. I, too, would rather tell someone that I do not have the answer, and then find out who does have the answer and get back with them, rather than guess or say, "I don't know." I find that people appreciate my honesty and the fact that I am willing to do whatever it takes to get them the correct information. I feel that they would rather wait a little bit to get the information than not get accurate information.
