Recruitment

When recruiting, the representatives need to be honest and upfront with the potentional students. If they do not know an answer to their questions, they should not guess.

I agree completely. Guessing or estimating incorrectly is grounds for legal action against the school.

Absolutely true! Each prospective student deserves the right to know the correct answer whether you know the facts or not. They will appreciate the honesty and integrity that you are showing when you tell them you don't know the correct answer and will rely it back to them. Truth in all things should be the focus in speaking with each prospective student.

This is very true. I find it best to be honest and get them in touch with someone that can answer he questions properly.

I agree. As an Instructor when a student asks a question that I do not know the answer, I will tell them that I will find the correct answer and get back to them. I believe this is good practice for all situations. NEVER TELL THEM SOMETHING YOU ARE NOT SURE ABOUT.

It is very important to truthful and honest during recruiting events. Prospective students are relying on facts giving to them by the Admission Agent.

That is exactly right. If the representative doesn't know the answer it is perfectly alright to say that is an excellent question! I don't know the answer this minute but I will defintely get it for you. We always want to provide the propsective student with accurate information so that we can meet their expectations.
