It's very important that all colleges know the guide lines for Do Not CALL and Can-Spam ACT.

I agree, not following the proper guidlines in regards to Do not call/contact could potentially result in severe fines and penalties for your school.

Representative must be aware of the "Do Not Calls" in ensure we follow the Federal Guidelines.

We get a do not call list and our marketing department does a great job with this as well.

We do a good job at this. We get a month Do Not Call List. This has a specific due date on it and we must turn it back to our marketing department. We work closely with our marketing department to make sure that we are adhering to the regulations.

People are put on the Do NOT Call for a reason and that is because they do not want telemarketers calling them. It is important to follow all guide lines in regards to the DO NOT CALL and Can-Spam ACT.

The fine for violating the DNC Registry is enormous. Educating ALL institutions on these regulations is extremely important.

Absolutely. Not adhering to the guidelines could prove to be a costly mistake for the school, and potentially an offense that could render the representative unemployed.

It is important to understand regulations because not knowing is never the right answer.

Knowledge of these guidelines keeps us acting in an ethical manner.
