Utilizing Admissions Support with Admission Reps
Hello all!
I currently work in an admissions support department which works alongside admission representatives to assist prospective and current students.
Admission representatives, my question is how can admission support better assist you in working with prospective students and do you have any recommendations on better practices/processes to help you better?
I find it very useful in the admission process that Financial Aid department and Admission department work very close on every student. Communiacation bewtween these departments is the key in the succsesful enrollment process.
Coordinate with financial aid in a timely manner and make sure all paperwork is complete.
Review enrollment paperwork within one business day so we can let the student know if there has been an oversight. It is much easier to take care of these type of things as soon as possible.
