This has been a long and difficult journey for an administrator and teacher and jack of all trades to run such a small school on large school rules. But the more I learn the more I am very happy to apply all that I am learning and follow those rules.
@Sweetamey : I can imagine how difficult it would be to start out as a "small fish" in such a big pond, Dianne! Rest assured that this course really seems to address all of the important compliance issues as they relate to recruiting - at least as far as I have seen in my short 5 year history in higher education.
