Recently, I have been collaborating with other Director of Admissions from our other campuses. This gives me insight of what is working for them and that I may adapt in my dept. And also share my own experiences for them to learn from. Eventhough our demographic may be a bit different, there are similarities on how to conduct business and strategies with enrolling students.
Yep! It's all about the student, isn't it?! Sometimes "internal customer service" is the first step in providing exceptional service to those who use our services. Sounds as if you already knew that though!
Well working hand in hand with the campus admissions and financial aid department has made it alot easier on myself and my students this way everyone is on the same page it makes getting a student to school alot easier on everyone including the student

Since many of use share the same job responsibilties it is very helpful to share ideas and new approaches. My team has collaborated both formally and informally which has strengthed our bond.
