Never to late to applogize

I personally don't think it's ever to late to apologize for a misinterpretation or a miscommunication. It's a similar rule of thumb that we have all heard of which states "customers always right". I don't feel like you cold ever go wrong with it.

Agreed. If you feel the need to apologize you probably should. You don't want to hold onto the guilt for long. Just hash it out (:

I totally agree with all of you. I've been in retail for 20 years, and an apology can go a long way at any point when interacting with people. I've experienced this many times.

It has been my experience that people do indeed accept the apology and that is a gateway to start the communication hierarchy again.

I think most people will take a sincere apology at any point in the process. Thank you!
