Understand culture diversity, understand and connect students
Understanding is the basic of communication. Based on understanding and communication, students will be connected and build up mutual trust between us and students.
Cultural diversity is an opportunity to develop cultural awareness in the classroom and to have students share the wonderful differences that are part of the various cultures. If we develop this awareness and understanding in the classroom, we inadvertently also create a circle of communications among the students and faculty and that in its-self builds trust as long as we are honest in what we communicate to our students. All behaviors are learned, so teachers are keystones in the development of positive behavior and that can only be accomplished by communications and example.
