Prospecting

How can you do prospecting if you do not cold call and recieve leads through a call center warm transfer?

Patricia, That's a great idea. Do you currently have high school recruitment in place?

For the industry that I am in, I would say that going out to local high schools and meeting prospective students and school counselors and gathering information is a plus.

Hi Chris – Staying in contact with your previous students after graduation is a great way to continue the relationship and to keep the graduate connected to your school. If your graduates had a good experience with your school then they are more likely to refer a friend or family member, but be sure to check with your corporate office about incentive referral programs and policies, to make sure you’re in compliance with current regulations.

Calling previous students and presenting them with our referral incentive program.

When you've taken the time to cultivate a relationship with your student and they know that they can trust you, there's little doubt that your students will continue to refer you to their friends and family.

Great method for keeping yourself organized and on track for connecting with others.

I tell my students to give out my information to their friends and family and refer me to them to have them come to school at CCU. I would also look up old prospects to work with them.

Review old leads by using tasks already set up. As an example, I put notes in subject box of Tasks Window and thus at a quick glance can see last track on the prospect.
