VM and Call Questions
I really like the questions offered in the presentation, especially: "How can I help you find a future?" and "Where do you find yourself in two years?"
I haven’t used these questions yet but I’m looking forward to finding out what type of response I’ll get. I’ll admit that leaving voicemails is a last resort for me. I push to make that contact at all cost, but every now and then, I will leave a message after exhausting every possible time slot available to call. It usually is humorous or what I think is humor.
Exactly Jermaine! In addition to encouraging the prospective student to think about their current situation, the questions also encourage them to think about their goals and realize the gap between their reality and their goal!
