Reaching students and prospects

At the present time we have banners, we offer giveaway items with our log, we advertise in public transportation buses and billboards we have a website, and we are planning TV and radio adversiting and banners to adversite the school inside the baseball and football stadiums. We have a board and an advisory committee that help us in getting the message out to the community and prospect students. We have Student Ambassadors and delegates that help whenever we need a speaker. The internet plays a wonderful role in our publicity and public relations efforts since we receive a lot of calls thanks to our webpage in the internet.

Millie,
This very impressive and comprehensive. How do you track results for each activity? Do you base results more on quality than quantity? And who reviews the results and what is changed as a result? Also who do you "brag" to re results and effectiveness? How aware are students and grads about how much activity is generated around your school? Also we are wondering how Alumni fit in to the your publicity plans. I guess we have a lot of questions. All good thinking points when planning publicity for career schools. Thanks, Susan
