incentives

I like the idea of acknowleding the reps but I can see that it must be consistent. Everyone needs to be excited.

This is a great idea and I can see where it would work well for larger organziations. What are the best incentives used for small schools?

Incentives are always a good way to motivate people.

Absolutely. These two things can also be tied well together. Something we do within our company a lot is to conduct trainings around a certain topic and then establish a contest after it to re-enforce the behavior we are trying to encourage. It helps make sure people start doing what they have been trained on which leads to a consistent behavior you are trying to achieve.

Have you tied training and incentives together in the past or do you keep them as seperate initiatives?

I agree.Everyone needs to be exite but that drive you to prepare an a creative incentive programs and as you know people have diferent motivator.Thats incentive have to be tide to there performance.In the other hand I belive in trainig,the more they know the proces the better result we have.
