Student materials are issued during the first week of class.

Brittany - It sounds like your school has a good system in place to provide materials in a timely manner.

Books and course materials are provided to students on the first day of classes - all materials that are needed for the course that term are distributed on day one so that students have access immediately. We also offer an on-campus library with supplemental information for each program of study that students can check out free of charge with their student ID. Copies of the course reference books and textbooks are also available in the library free of charge to rent.

All general program information including discolosures, student handbook, and course catalog is given to the students at the time of their initial admissions interview. Actual books are distributed on the first day of classes.

We provide the student with there materials during Orientation, approximately 3-4days before class starts!

Our students also receive books and matierals at the same time and start together.

your pell eligible students do recieve course materials and books in a timely manner.thats our policy.

We have a very effective system in place for book distribution. Our facility requires that program directors pre-order books, per term, 1 month prior to term start. Doing this allows for all students to have the necessary books available at the term start. It gives enough time to troubleshoot issues such as backorders. A very common obstacle when ordering anything, especially books. Our students are then distributed their books the first day of class.

Marvin - That's great to hear! Many schools struggle with book distribution and it sounds like you have established a great process!

All of our students receive thier course materials and books at the same time so every student is on the same page and has the same advantages as thier fellow class mates.
