Ohio Regulations

One of the Ohio regulations you have listed is as follows (**emphasis added**):

An enrollment may be canceled by an applicant student within **five calendar days** after midnight of the day on which the enrollment agreement was completed. An applicant student must request cancellation in writing or via electronic mail within this **five-working-day** period. The student shall be given a refund of all monies paid to the school or its representative.

So...which is it? Five "calendar days" or five "working days"? Or is there a difference?

Hi Chuck

I believe when this was written, the second mention of the time requirement was to clarify the first mention of time. I know that sounds silly, but remember this was written by a bureaucrat!

Chuck,
Hi Chuck,

I would definitely use the "five calendar days" as opposed to "working days". For further guidance I would feel free to contact Ohio Board of Career Schools and Colleges at http://scr.ohio.gov/.
