I would suggest that all admissions staff keep a catalog (hard copy or electronic) near their desk where they conduct interviews for easy reference.

In our school all the admissions representatives must know what is in the catalog; therefore, there is not a room for providing the incorrect information to potential students. We also encourage those potential students to read our catalog for more clarifications.

Each year our school must send a catalog in our renewal package for review with the CIE.

The catalog is reviewed by your licensing and accrediting bodies at each renewal period. In order to be compliant the catalog must be consistent with the program information submitted to these agencies.
