Legal Obligations and Opportunities
The module was very informative and detailed about the laws and opportunites that students with disabilities qualify for. I feel it is of high importance that students with disabilities are aided these opportunities to accomplish any educational goal to have a successful future.
I agree that equal access is very important to disability to equal the playing field with students who have no disabilities. Education is a right and privilege, with that in mind equal is the key.
As stated in the module, times as changed and so many areas of the economy,workforce and training of professions has become so advanced that people or students can receive the same opportunities at life as anyone without a disability.Yes, I agree with denying equal opportunities to disabled students or individuals should be a violation of legal rights.
