
If you know a competitor is closing, is it always best to not say anything to that purspective student?
When learning the reason for not avoiding the competitor's question - I agree with the mission and concept of trust and transparency with all students. Affirming the discussion and disclosing Concorde's standards is also affirming the value premise.
I disagree with the quiz question regarding this topic. You may affirm the student discussion about a competitor but guide the conversation back to a discussion about your school. You should not avoid the topic.
