We've gotta be educated in transfering credits and what that would entail. We have to understand the catalog and use it to our advantage to help us with enrollment agreements!
The Catalogue is the guidline for regulations and must be accompanied with the enrollment agreement. With accordance of the Oregon Department of Education, Admission Agents must be well versed in: Record Keeping, the School Catalogue, Appeals and Complaints, Cancellations and Refunds, Civil Penalties and Governing Recruitment. Also, having a good understanding of transfering credits and the school's articulation agreements.
