Within many topics of the module 1 of FA110 course, I was impressed most by this sentence in "Outstanding customer service". It can apply to any business by simply changing the word "student". I feel that this is the most important topic to remember in order to run a successful school.

I agree with your assessment that a student will forgive a lot whenever staff come across as wanting to resolve issues. You really cut right to the heart of the Customer Service issue.
