learning is valuable, I feel that we need to set clear and realistic expectations while developing a bar of excellence in the role/position. our student has to know that they will have to contribute- how do they or will they be an asset/capital for the work force and continuing to improve their skill set, the work force will continue to evolve and our students will need to become students of the industry as well as students of the business.
